KB Document Submission (internal use only)

For gathering required information needed when submitting a document to the Knowledge Base

Before a document can be added to the KB we must gather some basic information to ensure it is properly indexed and will show correctly in search results.

Please complete the following form as completely as possible.

Is this document for everybody (All Access) or level 2?
A descriptive name that will be shown in search results. May be document name, does not have to be.
A brief description of the document, e.g. 'User Guide and product manual for model XYZ123'
Who makes this?
Franchise(s)
If this document is specific to one or more brands please enter all that apply.
If applicable, enter models covered in this document.
